Learn More About Harpers Ferry
View of Lower Town from above.
A tiny town of 310 inhabitants, washed on both sides, sometimes violently, by two fabled rivers which join here and then sing their way to Washington, DC and the Ocean, kneeling between two eagle-soaring mountains, Harpers Ferry boasts of more important historical events than any other town its size. The history and natural beauty is here to see and touch and feel, for modern cheap blitz and development have not desecrated our little jewel of a town.
