Description
We pretty much put four ingredients into our SweetShine. Our 190° proof neutral based spirit, sugar, water and a fruit, root or nut for the flavor. Just like the Old Timers did during Prohibition.

Inspired by the art of crafting home-grown, natural fruit cordials, you’ll feel right at home on our farm. Savor a great spirit in our casual and relaxed tasting room. Experience inventive cordials and cocktails, attentive service, and a friendly atmosphere in our historic 1840s log cabin distillery. Come see what makes us one of the most popular distilleries in town. Okay, so we’re the only distillery in town. But who cares? You’ll have a blast!
