Harpers Ferry Fall Festival

Harpers Ferry in Fall
Harpers Ferry in Fall.
Bundle up and bring your family and friends to enjoy the treasures of our Harpers Ferry community: shopping, dining, hiking, bicycling, music, and more. The Merchant Association is planning a Fall Festival to “liven up” the Harpers Ferry / Bolivar community each weekend in November, giving residents and visitors good reasons to “shop local and save.” Business-owners will carry on “business as usual” but will add special activities and events to help you enjoy our unique living history village and the surrounding hills and rivers. Local charities will sponsor activities and events to raise funds for the good work they are doing in the community. We’d like to add more to the current schedule, which you can find at www.HistoricHarpersFerry.com (under “Experience and Enjoy” --- Fall Festival) and posted throughout the Town. Please contact Karan Townsend (304.702.1872; karantownsend@gmail.com) if you or a non-profit group you support would like to sponsor an activity or event or if you would like a copy of the schedule and flyer sent to you via email. Your participation in promoting the Festival via websites, email lists, mail-outs, phone calls, face books, bulletin boards, newsletters, etc. to which you have access and sponsoring events to earn money for yourself or for your favorite charities would be very much appreciated and would enhance community life in our little Town.
